Employers (BIE) of New York State is the umbrella organization for nine
construction industry Builders' Exchanges located
throughout New York State.
You are invited to visit each builders exchange
to learn more about these trade organizations and how they promote and support
the Construction Industry in New York State.

Our Mission
·
To provide a forum whereby
member associations may exchange information relative to the management and
operation of their respective associations.
·
To provide an opportunity for
members to coordinate their efforts and interests in regard to state and federal
legislation and regulations.
·
To cooperate with other
statewide associations in the promotion of beneficial legislation and
regulation, and oppose that deemed detrimental to the best interests of the
construction industry.
·
To provide services to member
associations and their respective memberships as may be deemed desirable and
available through the Association.
·
To promote the growth and
strength of local associations through effective communications and educational
programs.
