If you are interested in attending the 2005 BIE Winter Meeting in Barbados please use the use the following Registration Form.  Please open the link and print the Form.  Once the Form is printed, completely fill out the Form and mail or fax back to the BIE Office with proper payment.

The Registration Form is published online in Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF). This is a very popular format for letting you view and print files on all major computer platforms.

To work with PDF files you need a software program called Acrobat Reader. You can easily check to see if its already installed on your computer by clicking on the above Registration Form link.  If you can view the Form, the software is already installed and you are all set.

If you can't view the Form, don't fret. The software is available for FREE from the Adobe web site. The easy to follow instructions are also there for installing it after you download it.
